AIW: Empowering Children and Building Brighter Futures
At the AIW Foundation, we believe that all children, regardless of their circumstances, have the potential to thrive and grow into happy, healthy, and successful adults. The missing piece for many of them is a community that’s committed to helping them reach that potential.
At our core, we’re child advocates. We see these children who are so vulnerable to things like abuse, sex trafficking, suicide, drug abuse, and other tragic circumstances, and we’re driven to help them, regardless of what it takes to do so.
We aim to meet the unique and ever-changing needs of at-risk children until they’re ready to help themselves. From street outreach to partnering with local schools and social workers, we’ve had a direct impact on over 330 children already, and we’re just getting started.
Make a Difference for Children
Children are inherently vulnerable, and they’re often the most overlooked group in the world when it comes to rights and advocacy. As adults, we’re responsible for empowering the voices of children and meeting their needs when they aren’t receiving appropriate care or support. At the AIW Foundation, we can’t do any of this without the help of our generous supporters and volunteers. We appreciate every last person who’s committing their time to child welfare and advocacy. If you’re a child advocate who has time and energy to give to at-risk children, we’d love to meet you.
