This summit aims to inspire partnerships for sustainable, affordable housing solutions for youth transitioning out of foster care. It addresses the issue of thousands of youth exiting the foster care system without stable homes by uniting public and private sectors to create housing pathways that empower independence and build generational stability, combating homelessness and lack of financial literacy among this vulnerable population.
